Rule 9, of said Ordinance No. 20, shall be as follows: <br />Every motion except to adjourn, postpone, reconsider, <br />commit, lay on the table, or for the previous question, shall be <br />reduced to writing if the chair or any member requires it; when <br />made and seconded, it shall be stated by the chairman if amendment, <br />or any disposition thereof has been made, or a vote taken thereon. <br />4. Rule 10, of said Ordinance No. 20, shall be deleted. <br />II. <br />Said Ordinance No. 20 is further hereby amended by <br />adding the following after Rule 26 thereof. <br />Section 2. <br />The foregoing Rules may be amended from time to time by <br />resolution of the City Council, a copy of which resolution shall be <br />kept on file in the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer and open to <br />inspection during regular office hours. <br />Section 3. <br />The foregoing Rules shall apply to all Boards and <br />Commissions appointed by the City Council and shall be followed <br />as guidelines and applied as closely as practicable for each such <br />Board or Commission. <br />III. <br />Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 20 shall stand <br />as previously passed and published. <br />
