1163a ORDINANCE NO. 52A CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 52 PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ON FEBRUARY 9, 1970 AND AMENDING ANY OTHER PORTIONS OF CITY ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND ESTABLISHING A UNIFORM FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROCESSING PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL USE PERMITS, REZONING, PLATTING AND VARIANCES. The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, in order to establish a uniform fee schedule, for processing certain petitions presented to the City for certain items, adopts the following: The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota ordains: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 52 of the then Village of Lino Lakes, passed by the then Village Council on February 9, 1970, and any other portions of City Ordinances conflicting with the following, are hereby amended wherever the same conflict with the following, which shall control: No application for a Special Use Permit, Rezoning or Variance shall be accepted or considered by the City Council or any other body of the City unless such application shall be accompanied by a deposit of $100.00. No application for platting shall be accepted or considered by the City Council or any other body of the City unless such application shall be accompanied by a deposit of $500.00. The total fee for processing such application, and which shall be paid by the petitioner to the City, shall be paid whether or not such permit, rezoning, platting or variance be granted, shall be the total out of pocket expenses incurred by the City in processing such application, for such necessary items as, but not limited to publication expenses, fee to building inspector for posting notices, attorney's and engineer's fees and costs, and any other costs incident thereto, and shall be in addition to a fee for the City Staff services, to be paid to the City, which separate fee shall be as follows: Special Use Permit Fee $50.00 Rezoning Fee $50.00 Platting $50.00 Variances $50.00 The deposit shall not be considered as the total amount to be paid. The total amount shall be the actual amount actually expended plus the fee for the City Staff services.
