1163a <br />ORDINANCE NO. 52A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 52 PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ON FEBRUARY 9, 1970 <br />AND AMENDING ANY OTHER PORTIONS OF CITY ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH, AND ESTABLISHING A UNIFORM FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROCESSING <br />PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL USE PERMITS, REZONING, PLATTING AND VARIANCES. <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, in <br />order to establish a uniform fee schedule, for processing certain <br />petitions presented to the City for certain items, adopts the following: <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota ordains: <br />SECTION I. <br />Ordinance No. 52 of the then Village of Lino Lakes, passed by the <br />then Village Council on February 9, 1970, and any other portions of <br />City Ordinances conflicting with the following, are hereby amended <br />wherever the same conflict with the following, which shall control: <br />No application for a Special Use Permit, Rezoning or Variance <br />shall be accepted or considered by the City Council or any other <br />body of the City unless such application shall be accompanied by <br />a deposit of $100.00. No application for platting shall be accepted <br />or considered by the City Council or any other body of the City unless <br />such application shall be accompanied by a deposit of $500.00. The <br />total fee for processing such application, and which shall be paid by <br />the petitioner to the City, shall be paid whether or not such permit, <br />rezoning, platting or variance be granted, shall be the total out of <br />pocket expenses incurred by the City in processing such application, <br />for such necessary items as, but not limited to publication expenses, <br />fee to building inspector for posting notices, attorney's and <br />engineer's fees and costs, and any other costs incident thereto, <br />and shall be in addition to a fee for the City Staff services, to be <br />paid to the City, which separate fee shall be as follows: <br />Special Use Permit Fee $50.00 <br />Rezoning Fee $50.00 <br />Platting $50.00 <br />Variances $50.00 <br />The deposit shall not be considered as the total amount to be <br />paid. The total amount shall be the actual amount actually expended <br />plus the fee for the City Staff services. <br />
