Any unused portion of the required deposits will be returned <br />to the petitioner. <br />The total of such fees and costs shall be collected by the City <br />from the petitioner, whether or not his petition be granted, and <br />shall be collected by the City by legal action, if necessary. <br />SECTION II. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />SECTION III. <br />Ordinance No. 52 adopted by the then Village Council on <br />February 9, 1970 and any other portions of City Ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed, the contents of this <br />Ordinance to be controlling. <br />SECTION IV. <br />The fees established herein may be changed by the City Council <br />from time to time, by resolution, a copy of which shall be on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer and available for <br />inspection during regular City office hours. <br />Passed by the City Council this day of , 1980. <br />F.
