(1) All structures shall have permanent <br />concrete or treated wood foundations <br />which will anchor the structure, which <br />comply with the Uniform Building Code as <br />adopted in the State of Minnesota and <br />which are solid for the complete circumference <br />of the house. <br />(2) No residential 'structure shall have a <br />width of less than 24 feet at its narrowest <br />point. Width measurement shall not take <br />into account overhangs or other projections. <br />Such width requirement shall be in <br />addition to the minimum area per dwelling <br />requirements established within this <br />ordinance. <br />(3) Single family dwellings other than approved <br />earth sheltered homes shall have at <br />least a 4/12 roof pitch and shall be <br />covered with shingles or tiles. <br />(4) All single family dwellings shall have <br />roof overhangs which extend a minimum of <br />one foot from all the walls of the <br />structure. <br />(5) All single family structures must be <br />built in conformance with Minnesota <br />Statute 327.31 to 327.35 or the Uniform <br />Building Code as adopted in the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />(6) Any metal siding upon single family <br />residence structures shall have horizontal <br />edges and overlapping sections no wider <br />than 12 inches.
