Wherever the term mobile home.is used within this <br />ordinance it shall be amended and defined as <br />manufactured home. <br />SECTION 4. Section 4.11 DWELLING UNITS PROHIBITED shall be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />4.11 DWELLING UNITS PROHIBITED <br />No cellar, garage, tent, travel trailer, <br />basement with unfinished structure above, or <br />accessory building shall at any time be used <br />as a dwelling unit. Manufactured homes shall <br />be located in a manufactured home park approved <br />by the City and the State of Minnesota, and <br />in accordance with Section 6.11 (R-6) of this <br />ordinance, unless such manufactured home <br />meets the design criteria for the zoning <br />district within which it is to be located. <br />No manufactured home which does not comply <br />with the definition contained herein shall be <br />allowed within the City of Lino Lakes unless <br />same was located herein at the time of the <br />adoption of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 5. Section 6.11 MULTI -FAMILY (R-6) DISTRICT is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />6.11 MULTI -FAMILY (R-6) DISTRICT' <br />All manufactured homes and trailer parks or <br />similar units having one or more units are <br />designated as R-6 Multiple Units, and are <br />required to conform to the provisions of <br />Sections 5.03, 6.06 as applicable, and 6.11 <br />of this code. Minimum land area for any R-6 <br />manufactured home park shall have at least <br />three acres of land and a minimum lot width <br />at the main entrance street shall have no <br />less than 300 feet. <br />Wherever the term trailer is used in Section <br />6.11, it shall be amended to read manufactured <br />home. <br />SECTION 6. Section 6 is amended by adding the following <br />section: <br />6.2V RESIDENTIAL BUILDING STANDARDS <br />All permitted residential structures in R-1, <br />R-2, R-3, R-4, and R-5 zoning districts shall <br />meet the following design criteria: <br />
