Draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan Presentation — Kendra Lindahl, Principal <br />24 (Landform) — <br />25 <br />26 Kendra Lindahl, Planner with Landform, presented the draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br />27 presentation. <br />28 <br />29 Mayor Reinert inquired about holding zones for certain zoning districts and if they would <br />3o be given their own map. Mr. Grochala noted the rural districts are holding districts which <br />31 are shown on the Full Build Land Use Map. <br />32 <br />33 Mr. Stoesz asked about the cost to redevelop a property. Mr. Grochala explained the <br />34 process for property redevelopment and the fees associated. <br />35 <br />36 Mr. Root asked about a mechanism for regulating PUDs. Mr. Grochala explained that the <br />37 City Ordinance sets parameters for PUDs and that minimum lot sizes and garage will be <br />38 specified for future PUDs. <br />39 <br />4o Mr. Root added that it would be helpful to have a chart explaining the standards for each <br />41 land use classification. Mr. Grochala noted that it would be important to guide the <br />42 developer with a general idea or a site goal. <br />43 <br />1 <br />
