CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />March 25, 2019 <br />APPROVED <br />46 Item 6A — Amendments to Designated MSA Street System — City Engineer Hankee <br />47 reviewed the amendments proposed by the City and accepted by the State. The changes <br />48 will add revenue to the City's MSA allotment. She noted that the changes do bring the <br />49 City to the 20% of city roadways maximum. <br />50 <br />51 Item 6B — NorthPointe 7 h Addition, Development Agreement — City Engineer Hankee <br />52 reported that this represents a trail that would be constructed as part of the 7�h Addition of <br />53 the development. The trail project represents an amendment to the development <br />54 agreement. She noted the map included in the staff report. <br />55 <br />56 Item 6C — Local Water Plan — City Engineer Hankee reported that staff is requesting that <br />57 the council adopt the water plan that has previously been reviewed and has now been <br />58 accepted by the Watershed District. The land use map will be updated based on the plan. <br />59 <br />60 Item 6D — West Shadow Lake Road Improvement Project Change Order No. 1 — City <br />61 Engineer Hankee noted that the council heard about the change order at the last meeting; <br />62 she explained the proposed funding (Closed Bond Fund). It is hoped that weather will <br />63 allow blacktop removal to begin mid -April. <br />64 <br />65 Mayor Reinert remarked that he has heard from a few residents, some not happy because <br />66 of the conditions. What is the immediate plan to deal with current conditions? Utilities <br />67 Supervisor Williams noted that Public Works personnel has been out addressing <br />68 problems as they can; they have gotten a few thumbs up for the work. <br />69 <br />70 Item 6E — East Cedar St and Elmcrest Avenue Improvement Project— City Engineer <br />71 Hankee quickly reviewed the written staff report. <br />72 <br />73 The remainder of the agenda was reviewed briefly. <br />74 <br />75 The meeting was adjourned at 6:29 p.m. <br />76 <br />77 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />78 April 8, 2019. <br />79 <br />80 <br />81 �I <br />82 J" <br />83 Ju is e Bartell, C' Clerk <br />84 <br />2 <br />
