CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-31 <br />APPROVING UPDATE TO PERSONNEL POLICY <br />WHEREAS, periodically staff reviews the City's Personnel Policy to make sure it is up-to-date and <br />provides staff with appropriate controls for internal Personnel Administration; and, <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the Personnel Policy and recommends a modification to Section 6.5 <br />Workers' Compensation; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 6.5 Workers' Compensation shall now include a time parameter for paying out <br />the difference between workers' compensation and employee wages at a limit of 90 days. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA, that the aforementioned update to the City of Lino Lakes Personnel Policy is <br />hereby approved. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of April 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />_.f <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
