CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 3A <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Jeff Karlson, City Administrator <br />MEETING DATE: April 8, 2019 <br />TOPIC: Update to Personnel Policy <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The Council is being asked to consider Resolution No. 19-31, which updates one section of the <br />Lino Lakes Personnel Policy. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Staff periodically reviews the City's Personnel Policy and recommends updates as needed. Staff <br />is proposing a revision to Section 6.5, which inserts a time parameter for paying out the difference <br />between workers' compensation and employee wages to a limit of 90 days. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 19-31 <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Resolution No. 19-31 <br />
