CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-37 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WELL NO. 1 REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes Public Works has identified Well No. 1 is in need of repair <br />and rehabilitation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is ordering the project finding that it would be in the best interest of <br />the City to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br />specifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Well No. 1 <br />Rehabilitation Project. <br />2. WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed <br />to prepare plans and specifications for the Well No. 1 Rehabilitation Project for an <br />amount not to exceed $59,366.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, a . r <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia i e Bartell, Cit C1ea.� <br />
