VI. LAND USES <br />Permitted, accessory, conditional, administrative and interim land uses are detailed in Ordinance <br />No. 07-19. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that in the <br />event additional land is acquired that allows for the westerly relocation of the internal public <br />road and CR J intersection to improve access spacing, a final plat submittal that shows such <br />relocation shall not be deemed inconsistent with the preliminary plat provided that such location <br />is approved by local road authority; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that the final <br />plat may exclude Outlot C and the internal public road would temporarily cul du sac until future <br />development; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that the <br />surface water management low floor free board requirement of 4 feet separation from <br />groundwater may be reduced upon submittal of a geotechnical report and design by a licensed <br />engineer. This report shall define ground water level elevations for the senior living complex and <br />include plans demonstrating that potential ground water inflow will be adequately mitigated. <br />Said report and mitigation shall be approved by the City Engineer; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for Lyngblomsten subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Comments from WSB City Engineer letter dated March 29, 2019 shall be addressed. <br />2. Comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated March 29, 2019 shall be <br />addressed. <br />3. Comments from Anoka County and Ramsey County dated March 27, 2019 shall be <br />addressed). <br />4. Design Guidelines shall be submitted with the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat. <br />5. A separate recordable document for 25 foot wide conservation easement over the wetland <br />buffer is required at the time of final plat. <br />6. A separate recordable document for the 20 foot wide trail easement through the cottage <br />home neighborhood is required at the time of final plat. <br />7. The separate Trail Easement Exhibits showing a 20 foot wide easement along Ash Street <br />are not needed unless this land is acquired in conjunction with the project. <br />8. All plan sheets shall clearly differentiate between the property line and the 50 foot buffer <br />line. The civil plan sheets use the same line which is confusing. <br />9. Sheet 1, Preliminary Plat: <br />a. Detail shall include correct final cottage home building footprint. <br />
