AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION STATE OF MINNESOTA lss COUNTY OF WASHINGTON CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 96-144 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT-35W/TH 49 INTER- CHANGE COMMERCIAL DEVELOP- MENT AREA TRUNK UTILITIES. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted June 24, 1996, a report has been prepared by OSM, Inc., with reference to the improvement of the 35W/TH 49 Interchange Commercial Development Area by constructing water main and sanitary sewer, and this report was received by the council on October 28, 1996, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESO'A: 1. The council will consider the improve- ment of such improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of abut- ting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Section 8 of > the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated cost of the improvement of $582,440. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 25th day of r, 1996, in the council chambers of hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall ive mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
