WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted June 24, 1986, a report has been pre- pared by OSM, Inc., with reference to the improvement of the 35W/TH 49 Interchange Commercial Development Area by constricting watennain and sanitary sewer, and this report was received by the council on October 28, 1996, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TibE CITY COUNCIL OF THE: CITY OF LINO'' LAKES, MINNESOTA 1. The council will consider the improvement of s►tch ent in accordance with the report'` and the agsessment of abutting property for all or a pd.tlb cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Section 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter er at an estimat- ed cost of the improvement of $582,440. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the:25th day of November, 1996, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and ptlb, Iished notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
