<br />Council Member Neal introduced the fol-
<br />lowing resolution and moved its adoption:;
<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-151
<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
<br />CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT.
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of coun-
<br />cil adopted October 28, 1996, a report has
<br />been prepared by TKDA, Inc„ with reference to
<br />the improvement of Otter Lake Service Road
<br />between Phelps Road and re -aligned Otter
<br />Lake Road by constructing street, curb and
<br />gutter, storm sewer, watermain and sanitary
<br />sewer, and this report was received by the
<br />council on November 25,1996,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
<br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
<br />1. The council will consider the improve-
<br />ment of such street in accordance with the
<br />report and the assessment of abutting property
<br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
<br />ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
<br />429 and the Section 8 of the Lino Lakes City
<br />Charter at an estimated cost of the improve-
<br />ment of $350,700.00.
<br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such
<br />proposed improvement of the 16th day of
<br />December, 1996, in the council chambers of
<br />the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall
<br />give mailed and published notice of such hear-
<br />ing and improvement as required by law.

<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared
<br />passed and adopted.
