AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA 1SS <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />TY OF LINO LAKES <br />Council Member Neal introduced the follow- <br />ing resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 96-151 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT <br />.AND CALLING HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of <br />-council adopted October 28, 1996, a report <br />been prepared by TKDA, Inc., with ref- <br />erence to the improvement of Otter Lake <br />Service Road between Phelps Road and re- <br />d Otter Lake Road by constructing <br />street, curb and gutter, storm sewer, water - <br />Maui and sanitary sewer, and this report was <br />received by the council on November 25, <br />1996. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council will consider the improve- <br />ment of such street in accordance with the <br />reeportand the assessment of abutting proper- <br />ty for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Section 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter at anestimated <br />cost of the improvement of $350,700.00. <br />2. A public hearing will be held on such <br />proposed improvement on the 16th day of <br />December, 1996, in the council chambers of <br />the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall <br />give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 25th day <br />of November, 1996. <br />fs/John Landers <br />Mayor <br />/s/Marilyn G.
