That city has requested assistance from the City of Lino <br />69 Lakes Public Safety Division. The City would be reimbursed for costs (wages at an overtime rate). <br />70 The proposed agreement has been reviewed by the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust to <br />71 ensure that the City is protected. Mayor Reinert noted that the number of officers they are <br />72 requesting does include staff from other cities as well. The mayor also confirmed that there will be <br />73 no depletion of staff for services in Lino Lakes. <br />74 <br />75 Council Member Stoesz asked if there is an expected attendance figure and Director Swenson said "a <br />76 lot". <br />77 <br />78 Council Member Maher move to authorize execution of a Cooperative Agreement as recommended. <br />79 Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on voice vote. <br />80 <br />81 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />82 <br />83 SA) Consider Resolution No. 19-58, Providing Funding for Rice Lake Elementary School <br />84 Playground Equipment Project — Public Services Director DeGardner reviewed his written report <br />85 outlining a project to update playground equipment at Rice Lake Elementary School. The project <br />86 will be a joint effort of the PTO, School District No. 12 and the City. <br />87 <br />2 <br />
