W. <br />1005.08. Parking for All Zoning Districts. <br />(1) Off -Street Parking Space Requirements. In all districts, off- <br />street automobile parking space shall be provided as an accessory <br />use in accordance with the following provisions at the time any <br />building or structure is erected, enlarged, or expanded in height or <br />ground coverage. <br />(A) Rural District. All parking shall be provided on the <br />premises. <br />(B) Residential Districts. <br />(i) Expansion Residential. Two (2) spaces per dwelling <br />unit. <br />(ii) Urban Residential (R-1, R-2). Two (2) spaces per <br />dwelling unit. <br />(iii) Multiple -Family (R-3, R-4, R-5). Two (2) spaces per <br />dwelling unit, one (1) of which must be enclosed. (See <br />1005.06 Subd. 7 (8).) <br />(iv) Manufactured Homes (R-6, R-7). Two (2) spaces per <br />dwelling unit. <br />(C) Commercial Districts. <br />(i) Neighborhood Business. <br />(a) Convenience Grocery Store. One (1) space for <br />each 80 square feet of retail space. <br />(b) Barber Shop/Beauty Parlor. Four (4) spaces for <br />each barber chair. <br />(c) Laundromat. Six (6) spaces per 1000 square feet <br />of gross floor area. <br />(d) Bakery. Six (6) spaces per 1000 square feet of <br />gross floor area. <br />(e) Specialty Shop. Six (6) spaces per 1000 square <br />feet of gross floor area. <br />(ii) Limited Business. <br />(a) Professional Offices. One (1) space for every <br />150 square feet. <br />(b) Financial Institution. Four (4) spaces for every <br />1000 square feet. <br />109 <br />
