(c) Funeral Chapel or Mortuary. Five (5) spaces for <br />each chapel plus one for each funeral vehicle. <br />Funeral procession make-up space shall be <br />provided off-street. <br />(d) Churches. One (1) space for each four seats <br />based on the design capacity of main assembly <br />area. <br />(e) Veterinary Clinic. Four (4) spaces per 1000 <br />square feet of gross floor area. <br />(iii) General Business. <br />(a) Motor Fuel Station. Four (4) spaces plus two (2) <br />spaces for each service stall. <br />(b) Retail Sales and Service. One (1) space per each <br />200 square feet of gross floor area. <br />(c) Auto Sales/Car Lot. Four (4) spaces per 1000 <br />square feet gross floor area plus one space per <br />each 2000 square feet of gross land area. <br />(d) Car Wash. Spaces equal to five times the <br />capacity of the operation plus one space for each <br />employee. <br />(e) Restaurant. Ten spaces for each 1000 square <br />feet of dining room plus one space for each <br />employee of the maximum working shift. <br />(f) Bakery/Confection Shop. Six (6) spaces per 1000 <br />square feet of gross floor area. <br />(g) Auto, Farm, Boat Equipment Sales. Six (6) <br />spaces per 1000 square feet of gross floor area. <br />(h) Open Sales Lot. Ten (10) spaces or one per 2000 <br />square feet gross land area whichever is larger. <br />(i) Printing Establishments. One (1) space for each <br />employee plus one space for each 1000 square <br />feet gross floor area. <br />(j) Bowling Alley. Five (5) spaces for each alley <br />plus additional spaces for related uses. <br />(k) Electrical and Television Repair. Six (6) spaces <br />per 1000 square feet gross floor area. <br />(1) Woodworking Shop. One (1) space for each <br />employee plus one space for each 1000 square <br />feet of gross floor area. <br />
