D ai�u vuaucaa �i�riac-c-n-ra <br />in ._ te; or -•ether, as <br />approved by„th Engineer. <br />Permitted uses in the Rural district and ER district shall be <br />allowed to surface driveway with crushed rock and similar <br />durable and dustless surface. <br />(D) Lighting. Any lighting used to illuminate an off-street <br />parking area shall be arranged as to reflect the light away <br />from the adjoining property. <br />(E) Curbing and Landscaping. All off-street parking areas <br />designed to have head -in parking along the property line <br />shall have a curb, wheel stop or bumper guard not less than <br />five (5) feet from the side property line. <br />(F) When a parking area is for six (6) spaces or more, a curb or <br />fence not over four (4) feet in height shall be erected along <br />the front yard setback line and grass or planting shall <br />occupy the space between the roadway and curb or fence. <br />(The Planning Commission may recommend continuous <br />coniferous planting in lieu of fencing.) See Section 1005.04 <br />Subd. 25 Screening of this Ordinance for further require- <br />ments. <br />(G) Parking Space for Six (6) or More Cars. When an off-street <br />parking area for six (6) cars or more is located adjacent to a <br />Residential district, a screening shall be erected between <br />the Residential district property line and parking area. <br />(H) Maintenance of Off -Street Parking Space. It shall be the <br />joint responsibility of the operator and owner of the princi- <br />pal use, uses and/or buildings to maintain, in a neat and <br />adequate manner, the parking space, accessways, land- <br />scaping and required screening. <br />(I) <br />Access. All off-street parking spaces shall have access off <br />driveways and not directly off the public street. <br />(5) Motor Vehicle Parki Residential Areas. No motor vehicle <br />exceeding a gross of 11,075 pounds shall be parked or <br />stored in a residential district except when loading, unloading or <br />rendering a service. <br />(6) Off -Street Loading and Unloading Areas. <br />(A) Location. All required loading berths shall be off-street and <br />shall be located on the same lot as the building or use to be <br />served. A loading berth shall not be located less than 25 <br />feet from the intersection of two street rights -of -way nor <br />114 <br />
