(138) Tavern - An establishment used primarily for the serving of <br />liquor by the drink to the general public and where food or <br />packaged liquors may be served or sold only as accessory to the <br />primary use. <br />(139) Temporary Structure - A structure without any foundation or <br />footings and which is removed when the designated time period, <br />activity, or use for which the temporary structure was erected <br />has ceased. <br />(140) Terrace - A raised flat area with sloping sides or sides held by <br />retaining walls, unroofed and landscaped or surfaced. <br />(141) Topography - The configuration of a surface area showing <br />relative elevations. <br />(142) Travel Trailer - A recreation vehicle that is towed by a car or a <br />truck. <br />(143) Trucking Terminal - An area and building where cargo is stored <br />and where trucks load and unload cargo on a regular basis. <br />(144) Variance - A modification of the strict provisions of this <br />Ordinance as applied to a specific piece of property in order to <br />provide relief for a property owner because of undue hardship <br />imposed upon the property by this Ordinance. A variance shall <br />normally be limited to height, density and yard requirements. A <br />modification in the allowable uses within a district shall not be <br />considered a variance. <br />(145) Wading Pool - An above -ground or inground structure containing <br />less than 18 inches of water. <br />(146) Warehouse - A building used primarily for the storage of goods <br />and materials. <br />OMNI <br />Inn <br />(147) Warehousing - Terminal facilities for handling freight with or <br />without maintenance facilities. <br />(148) Yard - An open space that lies between the principal or <br />accessory building or buildings and the nearest lot line. Such <br />yard is unoccupied and unobstructed from the ground upward <br />except as may be specifically provided in the zoning ordinance. <br />(149) Yard, Front - A yard extending across the width of the lot and <br />measured from the front line of the lot to the nearest line of the <br />building. <br />(150) Yard, Side A yard on each side of the building between the <br />building and the side line of the lot and extending from the front <br />yard to the rear yard. <br />(151) Zero Lot Line - The location of a building on a lot in such a <br />manner that one or more of the building's sides rests directly on <br />a lot line. <br />Smola <br />
