(13) Roadside Stands. Seasonal, temporary roadside stands for the sale <br />of agricultural products shall be permitted if: 1) they are erected <br />at least 60 feet back from the nearest edge of the roadway <br />surface, 2) they are used exclusively for the sale of agricultural <br />products grown in the City of Lino Lakes, and 3) adequate parking <br />space is provided off the road right-of-way and safe vehicular <br />access and movements are assured. <br />(14) Total Number of Accessory Buildings Permitted in Residential <br />Districts. The following summarizes the maximum number of <br />accessory buildings allowed in an individual parcel according to <br />lot size and residential district. <br />(A) <br />(B) 2-1/2 to 10 acres <br />(R or ER District) <br />(C) Less than 2-1/2 acres <br />(R, ER or Other <br />Residential District) <br />10 acres or greater No requirement <br />(R or ER District) <br />One tool shed. <br />One detached garage (if there is <br />no attached garage). Maximum <br />size of 760 square feet. <br />One Rural Storage Building or <br />Domesticated Farm Animal <br />building. Maximum space: 1,000 <br />square feet. <br />One tool shed. <br />One detached garage if there is <br />not an attached garage. Maxi- <br />mum space: 760 square feet. <br />Subd. 7. Required Yards and Open Space. <br />(1) No yard or other open space shall be reduced in area or dimension <br />so as to make such yard or other open space less than the <br />minimum required by this Ordinance, and if the existing yard or <br />other open space as existing is less than the minimum required, it <br />shall not be further reduced. <br />(2) No required yard or other open space allocated to a building or <br />dwelling group shall be used to satisfy minimum lot area require- <br />ments for any other building. <br />(3) In no event shall off-street parking space, structures of any type, <br />buildings, or other features cover more than sixty-five percent <br />(65%) of the lot area resulting in less than thirty-five percent <br />(35%) landscaped area in residential districts. <br />Subd. 8. Height. The height of structures used for churches, schools, <br />multiple -family residential structures and similar uses may extend to forty-five <br />(45) feet in residential districts with non -occupancy structures of greater height <br />requiring a Conditional Use Permit. The required setback from any residential lot <br />shall be at least equal to the height, and the distance between any two detached <br />principal buildings shall be no less than one-half (1/2) the sum of the heights of the <br />two structures. Structures exceeding forty-five (45) feet in height shall require a <br />Conditional Use Permit in all districts. <br />22 <br />
