Subd. 10. "R-6" Manufactured Home Park District. <br />(1) Purpose. The purpose of the Manufactured Home Park District is <br />to provide opportunities for manufactured housing in a planned <br />community. This district is intended to provide opportunities for <br />almost all types of manufactured homes including those which <br />may not be able to meet the design standards established in other <br />residential districts. All manufactured home parks are required <br />to conform to the provisions of this section and other appropriate <br />sections of this code. <br />(2) Permitted Uses. In the Manufactured Home Park district, unless <br />otherwise provided in this code, no building or land shall hereafter <br />be erected, or structurally altered except for one or more of the <br />following uses. <br />(A) Manufactured homes <br />(B) Community/recreation building <br />(C) Buildings or structures intended for use as a part and which <br />are subordinate to the function of the manufactured home <br />park. <br />(3) Conditional Uses. The following use pursuant to Conditional Use <br />Permit granted by the City Council on application and hearing as <br />provided in Section 1005.05 Subd. 5, and all appropriate regula- <br />tions and standards in Section 1005.05 Subd. 4 (Site and Building <br />Plan Review) and Subd. 6 (Certificate of Occupancy) must be <br />satisfied: manufactured home sales <br />(4) Review and Approval Procedures. No person shall establish, <br />develop, extend or enlarge a manufactured home park within the <br />City of Lino Lakes without first obtaining site plan approval from <br />the City Council with review by the Planning Commission. <br />Approval shall be granted only upon compliance with all of the <br />following. <br />(A) Planning Commission Review. The Planning Commission <br />shall review all applications for manufactured home parks <br />and may hold hearings as deemed necessary or proper. The <br />findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission <br />shall be forwarded to the City Council for action. <br />(B) Approval or Denial. The City Council shall consider and act <br />on the application for site plan approval. Approval shall be <br />granted only upon compliance with all of the procedures and <br />requirements established in this section. <br />(C) Submission Requirements. Submission for manufactured <br />home approval shall include the following. <br />
