(i) Ten (10) copies of the Manufactured Home Park Plan <br />showing the following. <br />(a) The extent and area proposed for manufactured <br />home park purposes <br />(b) Locations for roads and driveways <br />(c) Location of sites or lots for manufactured homes <br />(d) Proposed disposition of surface drainage <br />(e) Proposed street surfacing and lighting <br />(f) Off-street parking <br />(g) Patios <br />(h) Location of community building <br />(i) Location of recreation facilities <br />(j) Location of sidewalks <br />(k) Location of setback lines <br />(1) Location of screening, planting, green areas, etc. <br />(m) Any other information requested by the City <br />Council <br />(ii) Ten (10) copies of detailed plans for construction and <br />site improvements in detail adequate to assure proper <br />review of all site requirements established in this <br />Ordinance. <br />(iii) Proof of Agency Review. The applicant shall <br />provide proof that the plans submitted have been <br />approved by the State of Minnesota Department of <br />Health, and have satisfied all other federal, state, <br />county, city and watershed district laws and regula- <br />tions. <br />(D) Compliance with Ordinance. The Zoning Official is hereby <br />authorized and directed to make such inspections as are <br />necessary to determine satisfactory compliance with this <br />Ordinance, including the power to enter at reasonable times <br />upon any private or public property for said purposes. <br />(E) Access. It shall be the duty of the park owner to give the <br />building inspector free access to all lots at reasonable times <br />for the purpose of inspection. <br />
