concrete, <br />(FF) Utilities. <br />bituminous, or <br />�- (i) All manufactured homes shall be served by a central <br />water and sanitary sewer system. <br />(ii) All utilities shall be underground. There shall be no <br />overhead wires or supporting poles except those essen- <br />tial for street or other lighting purposes. <br />(iii) Access in the skirting shall be provided to allow the <br />inspection of plumbing, electrical facilities and <br />related manufactured home equipment. <br />(GG) The park shall have a street lighting plan approved by the <br />city. <br />(HH) All manufactured home parks shall have at least ten percent <br />(1O%) of the land area developed for recreational use (tennis <br />courts, children's play equipment, swimming pool, golf <br />green, etc.) developed and maintained at the owner's <br />expense. <br />(6) Manufactured Home Park Inspection - Permits. No manufactured <br />home shall be occupied as a dwelling unless a Certificate of <br />Occupancy has been issued by the Zoning Official. <br />(A) Installation Permit. No manufactured home shall be <br />installed without having first applied for, acquired and <br />received an Installation Permit from the Zoning Official. <br />(B) Certificate of Occupancy. Upon receipt of an application <br />for occupancy, the Zoning Official will promptly inspect the <br />installation to assure conformance with all requirements of <br />the Minnesota State Uniform Building Code and all other <br />appropriate requirements. <br />(C) Permit Issuance. Upon approval, the Zoning Official shall <br />issue a Certificate of Occupancy to the installer, <br />y permit shall state the date of issuance and shall precisely <br />describe the location of the manufactured home. <br />(D) Fees. Fees for inspection shall be set by the City Council. <br />81 <br />
