The agreement allows <br />78 the City to receive and administrator U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) <br />79 funds. The changes are administrative updates only. <br />80 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 19-77 as presented. Council Member <br />81 Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />82 613) Public Hearing; Consider First Reading of Ordinance No. 0849, Vacating Right -of --Way, <br />83 Drainage and Utility Easement, Saddle Club 4tn Addition —City Engineer Hankee asked that the <br />84 council hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance vacating certain property within the Saddle Club <br />85 4th Addn.
