The agreement allows 78 the City to receive and administrator U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 79 funds. The changes are administrative updates only. 80 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 19-77 as presented. Council Member 81 Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 82 613) Public Hearing; Consider First Reading of Ordinance No. 0849, Vacating Right -of --Way, 83 Drainage and Utility Easement, Saddle Club 4tn Addition —City Engineer Hankee asked that the 84 council hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance vacating certain property within the Saddle Club 85 4th Addn. The easements that would be vacated are no longer required based on the final plat. 2
