This <br />increase reflects that increase. <br />Benefits if done: <br />Meet contractually obligated uniform allowances. <br />Implications if not done: <br />The City would not meet the contractually obligated contract language. <br />6 <br />Account #:4410 Amount (neg if decrease)$4,263 <br />CONTRACTED SERVICES <br />Description of Adjustment: <br />The fees for the Criminal Justice Data Network (CJDN) ($1900), PSDS ($709), document shredding ($120), schedule <br />software ($1687.20), policy management ($152), OSHA training ($200), and investigative technologies ($300) all increased. <br />If a new copier is purchased, associated monthly serivce fees reduced ($804) and eliminated contract with TLO ($1000) <br />with improvements to PSDS. <br />Benefits if done: <br />Staff would be able to continue to perform tasks currently done. The schedule software will allow integration with the <br />Springbrook payroll system. <br />Implications if not done: <br />Staff would not be able to perform required tasks and payroll would be a manual process. <br />41
