CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-101 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENTS FOR <br />1493 AND 1505 PHEASANT HILLS CIRCLE <br />WHEREAS, as part of the 2019 Pheasant Hills Circle Project, a portion of the concrete <br />driveways at 1493 Pheasant Hills Circle and 1505 Pheasant Hills Circle were removed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Settlement and Release Agreements reimburse the property owners for the <br />replacement cost of the removed portions of the driveway as follows: <br />1493 Pheasant Hills Circle - $5,830.00 <br />1505 Pheasant Hills Circle - $5,750.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared and both property owners have signed the <br />respective Settlement and Release Agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, funding is from the Water Operating Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that staff is authorized to execute the Settlement and Release Agreements for 1493 and 1505 <br />Pheasant Hills Circle. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of August, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, Ci <br />y <br />Cl <br />Jeff Reinert, a <br />
