CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 5B <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director <br />MEETING DATE: August 12, 2019 <br />TOPIC Consider Resolution No. 19-101, Approving Settlement <br />and Release Agreements for 1493 and 1505 Pheasant Hills <br />Circle <br />VOTE REQUIRED: <br />INTRODUCTION <br />3/5 <br />Staff is requesting City Council consideration to approve Settlement and Release Agreements for <br />1493 Pheasant Hills Circle and 1505 Pheasant Hills Circle. <br />BACKGROUND <br />As part of the 2019 Pheasant Hills Circle Project, a portion of the concrete driveways at the <br />above addresses were removed. The Settlement and Release Agreements reimburse the property <br />owners for the replacement cost of the removed portions of the driveway as follows: <br />1493 Pheasant Hills Circle - $5,830.00 <br />1505 Pheasant Hills Circle - $5,750.00 <br />The City Attorney has prepared and both property owners have signed the respective Settlement <br />and Release Agreements. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution No. 19-101. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Resolution No. 19-101 <br />Settlement and Release Agreement - 1493 Pheasant Hills Circle <br />Settlement and Release Agreement - 1505 Pheasant Hills Circle <br />
