CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 19-32 RESOLUTION TO ADOPT LOCAL SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN DATED NOVEMBER, 2018 WHEREAS, the City’s Local Surface Water Management Plan dated November, 2018 has been updated in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.235 and Minnesota Rules 8410; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes Adopts the November, 2018 Local Surface Water Management Plan.
