Draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan Presentation – Kendra Lindahl, Principal 20 <br />(Landform) – 21 <br /> 22 <br />Kendra Lindahl, Planner with Landform, presented the draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan 23 <br />presentation. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Mayor Reinert inquired about holding zones for certain zoning districts and if they would 26 <br />be given their own map. Mr. Grochala noted the rural districts are holding districts which 27 <br />are shown on the Full Build Land Use Map. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mr. Stoesz asked about the cost to redevelop a property. Mr. Grochala explained the 30 <br />process for property redevelopment and the fees associated. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Mr. Root asked about a mechanism for regulating PUDs. Mr. Grochala explained that the 33 <br />City Ordinance sets parameters for PUDs and that minimum lot sizes and garage will be 34 <br />specified for future PUDs. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mr. Root added that it would be helpful to have a chart explaining the standards for each 37 <br />land use classification. Mr. Grochala noted that it would be important to guide the 38 <br />developer with a general idea or a site goal. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mayor Reinert noted he believed it would be helpful to developers to have specific 41 <br />parameters of what can and cannot be done of the piece of land. Mr. Grochala noted that 42 <br />zoning classifications provide that guidance to developers. 43 <br /> 44
