ATTACHMENT A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 4-19 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 207 OF THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota ordains: <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />Section 207.05 of Chapter 207 states who in the City of Lino Lakes is allowed access to data <br />following a criminal history background investigation of employment applicants. This section is <br />being revised by striking “Director of Administration” and replacing it with “Human Resources.” <br /> <br />Effective Date of Ordinance. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its publication. <br /> <br />A full printed copy of the ordinance is available for review at the Lino Lakes City Hall, 600 <br />Town Center Parkway.
