CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 19-37 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WELL NO. 1 REHABILITATION PROJECT WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes Public Works has identified Well No. 1 is in need of repair <br />and rehabilitation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is ordering the project finding that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications; and WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and specifications. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Well No. 1 Rehabilitation Project. 2. WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans and specifications for the Well No. 1 Rehabilitation Project for an <br />amount not to exceed $59,366.00. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member _______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br />_______________________________ Jeff Reinert, Mayor ATTEST: <br />________________________ Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
