1 <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA ITEM 6B <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Diane Hankee, City Engineer MEETING DATE: March 25, 2011 TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 19-28, Approving Amended Development Agreement, Northpointe 7th Addition <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 BACKGROUND <br />The Final Plat for the 7th Addition of the Northpointe Development was approved at the June 12, 2018 City Council Meeting. The original development agreement included park dedication fees in the amount of $84,000, part of which would go towards constructing a trail connecting to the development. <br />As part of the original agreement, the developer needs to complete additional site work. City Staff has worked with the developer in order to construct the trail as part of the additional site work through an amendment to the original development agreement by reducing the park dedication fees. The original park dedication fees would be reduced in the amount of $25,843 and be reimbursed to the developer who will coordinate construction of the trail. Construction <br />of the trail would follow the City’s General Specification and Details for construction. RECOMMENDATION Staff is recommending approval of Resolution 19-28, Approving the Amended Development <br />Agreement, Northpointe 7th Addition. <br /> ATTACHMENTS 1. Resolution No. 19-28 <br />2.
