CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 19-28 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT & PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR NORTHPOINTE 7TH ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council approved the development agreement for NorthPointe 7th Addition with Resolution No. 18-50 on May 14, 2018; and WHEREAS, the original park dedication fees shall be reimbursed in the amount of $25,845; and WHEREAS, the developer shall complete the work in coordinate with their other site work; and WHEREAS, the construction of the trail shall meet the City’s General Specifications and <br />Standard Detail Plates for Street and Utility Construction dated February 2018. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the Amendment to Development Agreement & Planned Unit Development Agreement between Tony Emmerich Construction, Inc. and the City of Lino Lakes for <br />NorthPointe 7th Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
