CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION March 25, 2019 <br />DRAFT <br /> 2 <br />Item 6A – Amendments to Designated MSA Street System – City Engineer Hankee 46 <br />reviewed the amendments proposed by the City and accepted by the State. The changes 47 <br />will add revenue to the City’s MSA allotment. She noted that the changes do bring the 48 <br />City to the 20% of city roadways maximum. 49 <br /> 50 <br />Item 6B – NorthPointe 7th Addition, Development Agreement – City Engineer Hankee 51 <br />reported that this represents a trail that would be constructed as part of the 7th Addition of 52 <br />the development. The trail project represents an amendment to the development 53 <br />agreement. She noted the map included in the staff report. 54 <br /> 55 <br />Item 6C – Local Water Plan – City Engineer Hankee reported that staff is requesting that 56 <br />the council adopt the water plan that has previously been reviewed and has now been 57 <br />accepted by the Watershed District. The land use map will be updated based on the plan. 58 <br /> 59 <br />Item 6D – West Shadow Lake Road Improvement Project Change Order No. 1 – City 60 <br />Engineer Hankee noted that the council heard about the change order at the last meeting; 61 <br />she explained the proposed funding (Closed Bond Fund). It is hoped that weather will 62 <br />allow blacktop removal to begin mid-April. 63 <br /> 64 <br />Mayor Reinert remarked that he has heard from a few residents, some not happy because 65 <br />of the conditions. What is the immediate plan to deal with current conditions?
