Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 3-19, Amending Chapter 205 of the City 61 <br />Code; ii. Consider Resolution No. 19-38, Approving a Summary of Ordinance No. 3-19 for 62 <br />Publication Administrator Karlson reviewed the proposed changes: 63 <br />- Strike language that exempts the Public Safety Director as a direct report to the City 64 <br />Administrator; 65 <br />- Exclude “temporary” employees from needing council approval for hire. 66 <br />Council Member Maher moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 03-19. Council Member 67 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 68 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve the 2nd Reading and passage of Ordinance No. 03-19 as 69 <br />presented. Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried: Yeas, 5; Nays none. 70 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-38 as presented. Council Member Stoesz 71 <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 72 <br />3C) i. Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 4-19, Amending Chapter 207; ii. Council Member 77 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 78 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the 2nd Reading and passage of Ordinance No. 04-19 as 79 <br />presented. Council Member Maher seconded the motion.
