That city has requested assistance from the City of Lino 68 <br />Lakes Public Safety Division. The City would be reimbursed for costs (wages at an overtime rate). 69 <br />The proposed agreement has been reviewed by the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust to 70 <br />ensure that the City is protected. Mayor Reinert noted that the number of officers they are 71 <br />requesting does include staff from other cities as well. The mayor also confirmed that there will be 72 <br />no depletion of staff for services in Lino Lakes. 73 <br /> 74 <br />Council Member Stoesz asked if there is an expected attendance figure and Director Swenson said “a 75 <br />lot”. 76 <br /> 77 <br />Council Member Maher move to authorize execution of a Cooperative Agreement as recommended. 78 <br />Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on voice vote. 79 <br /> 80 <br />PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT 81 <br /> 82 <br />5A) Consider Resolution No. 19-58, Providing Funding for Rice Lake Elementary School 83 <br />Playground Equipment Project – Public Services Director DeGardner reviewed his written report 84 <br />outlining a project to update playground equipment at Rice Lake Elementary School.
