The proposed residential development is <br />an 8 lot single family conservation subdivision located north of Foxborough and west of <br />Saddle Club. It contains 1 parcel totaling approximately 5.25 gross acres. <br />This plan review is based on the following revised plan sets: <br /> <br />• Civil Plan Set Sheets C0-L2 prepared by Plowe Engineering dated 4-1-19 <br />• Certificate of Survey prepared by E.G.
