The proposed <br />development is not considered premature and meets the performance standards of the <br />subdivision and zoning ordinance. The PUD Final Plan/Final Plat is consistent with the <br />PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />Phases <br /> <br />Saddle Club Fourth Addition is being graded and developed in one phase. <br /> <br />Blocks and Lots <br /> <br />The preliminary plat and final plat have 8 single family lots and 3 outlots. The outlots are <br />for stormwater management facilities and delineated wetland areas. The outlots will be <br />deeded to the City. <br /> <br />As noted during the preliminary plat process, Saddle Club Fourth Addition incorporates <br />Outlot B, Saddle Club Third Addition. This outlot was originally preliminary platted as 2 <br />single family lots. The Fourth Addition is now utilizing 1 of the lots as a stormwater <br />management pond.
