<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-71 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, WELL NO. 7 SCREENED TEST WELL <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of Well No. 7 screened test well, <br />quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />Traut Companies $74,360.00 <br />E.H. Renner & Sons No Quote Received <br />Bergerson-Caswell Inc. No Quote Received <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Traut Companies of Waite Park, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Traut Companies for <br />the construction of the Well No. 7 screened test well in the amount of $74,360.00; <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of June 2019. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
