<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-91 <br /> <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON-SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE <br />FOR CHILI SUSHI AND THAI <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for an on-sale wine and 3.2 beer license <br />from Mu Win, Lee Ah Lay Mar and Pa Pra, owners of Chili Sushi and Thai, located at <br />730 Apollo Drive, Suite 110; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department conducted an investigation of the applicants <br />within the past year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on-sale wine and beer license for Chili Sushi and Thai to <br />all the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and federal <br />government and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of July, 2019. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________ and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
