The irrigation plan has been reviewed and approved by the <br />Environmental Coordinator. <br /> <br />Signage <br /> <br />A Sign Permit Application and sign plans shall be submitted for any wall or ground mount <br />signage. <br /> <br />Impervious Surface Coverage <br /> <br />The LI, Light Industrial zoning district allows for 75% impervious surface coverage. This is an existing lot of record and not being <br />subdivided. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Resource Management System <br /> <br />The Resource Management System Plan goal of preserving surface water quality is supported <br />by the construction of stormwater management BMP’s such as curb, gutter and NURP pond. <br /> <br />Land Use Plan <br /> <br />The Comprehensive Plan guides this property for industrial use.
