6 <br /> <br />Boulevard trees are not required for industrial developments; therefore, no boulevards trees are <br />proposed. <br /> <br />Sod and Ground Cover <br /> <br />Any sod areas must be irrigated. The irrigation plan has been reviewed and approved by the <br />Environmental Coordinator. <br /> <br />Signage <br /> <br />A Sign Permit Application and sign plans shall be submitted for any wall or ground mount <br />signage. <br /> <br />Impervious Surface Coverage <br /> <br />The LI, Light Industrial zoning district allows for 75% impervious surface coverage. Per Sheet <br />C2.1, Site Plan, the proposed impervious surface is 0.614 acres or 41% which meets ordinance <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Impervious Surface Coverage <br />Total Parcel Size 1.51 acres <br />Existing Impervious 0.304 acres (20%) <br />Proposed Impervious 0.614 acres (41%) <br />Traffic Study <br /> <br />A traffic study is not required. CR 84 (Otter Lake Road) is a Major Collector Road and is <br />capable of handling the additional traffic volume proposed by the addition. <br /> <br />Public Land Dedication <br /> <br />Park land dedication and/or fees are not required. This is an existing lot of record and not being <br />subdivided. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Resource Management System <br /> <br />The Resource Management System Plan goal of preserving surface water quality is supported <br />by the construction of stormwater management BMP’s such as curb, gutter and NURP pond. <br /> <br />Land Use Plan <br /> <br />The Comprehensive Plan guides this property for industrial use. The proposed addition to the <br />Otter Lake Animal Care Center is consistent with industrial land use. <br /> <br />Housing Plan
