CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-127 <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVING AN ON-SALE LIQOR AND SUNDAY SALES LICENSE FOR <br />CAMPANELLE RESTAURANT & BAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the liquor licensing period for Campanelle Restaurant & Bar will begin early 2020 <br />and run concurrent with all city liquor licenses through June 30, 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve on-sale liquor licenses prior to State <br />issuance of a license; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the application that has been submitted and verified that <br />local licensing regulations are met; and <br /> <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted the required background <br />investigation for the license and found no reason to deny. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the liquor license for Campanelle Restaurant & Bar <br />with approval contingent upon applicant meeting all city and state requirements for said license. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of September, 2019. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member _____________ and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
