I will be handling the matter <br />going forward. I will be at the next council meeting and I hope it will be civil and productive. <br />Now that the attorneys are involved it has the chance to take a long time and I would like to <br />avoid any delays on completion. <br /> <br />The September 30, 2019 letter that we received shows five lines where the city demands funds <br />for work. The bids that we have been requesting reference the four areas of the project. I will <br />try to provide a bridge between your five lines and the four physical areas of work, as bid by the <br />four potential contractors. <br /> <br />Your five lines are: <br /> <br />Open Space Planting <br />Open Space Restoration <br />Driveway Repair <br />Filtration Basin <br />Other costs <br /> <br />The project has four basic physical areas remaining. They are: <br /> <br />1. North pond <br />2. East pond <br />3. South entrance walkway <br />4. Infiltration basin, or cul de sac island. <br /> <br />We have four separate partial bids for this work. The bids all come from reputable companies. <br />The bids are from:
