CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-137 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR WATERMARK 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application for Watermark 2nd Addition PUD Final <br />Plan/Final Plat approval hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed Development based on <br />the following plans and information: <br />• Specifications prepared by Carlson McCain dated June 6, 2019 <br />• Stormwater Management Plan prepared by Carlson McCain Revision 2.0 dated <br />September 3, 2019 <br />• Watermark 2" Addition Final Plat prepared by Carlson McCain date stamped <br />September 4, 2019 <br />• Watermark 2nd Addition Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Street <br />Construction Plans prepared by Carlson McCain dated June 6, 2019 <br />• Watermark Grading, Development & Erosion Control Plan prepared by Carlson <br />McCain revision date June 7, 2019 <br />• Watermark 2nd Addition Landscape Plans L1-L4 prepared by Carlson McCain <br />dated June 6, 2019 <br />• Watermark 2nd Addition Home Plans Booklet prepared by Lennar dated July 1, <br />2019 <br />• Watermark 2nd Addition House Plans prepared by Lennar date received July 1, <br />2019 • <br />• Watermark Architectural Standards Matrix; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 16-51 on June 13, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />Development on October 9, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below. <br />1 <br />
