BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the final plat Houle Estates Second Addition, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. General Conditions per City Code: <br />a. Any future subdivision and/or development of Outlot A will require full <br />preliminary and final plat approval. <br />b. No principal or accessory buildings or structures shall be constructed on <br />Outlot A. <br />c. No off-street parking of motor vehicles (i.e. passenger motor vehicles, <br />recreational vehicles or trailers, or motor vehicles exceeding a gross <br />weight of 11,075 pounds) or equipment is allowed on Outlot A. <br />i. The exiting motor vehicles and equipment located in the southwest <br />corner of Outlot A shall be removed. <br />ii. The area shall be restored to natural vegetation in compliance with <br />the WMC Buffer Declaration Buffer Vegetation Management Plan. <br />d. No exterior storage is allowed on Outlot A. <br />i. Any exterior storage on Outlot A shall be removed. <br />2. The following documents as required by RCWD and the City shall be recorded: <br />a. WMC Buffer Declaration with Exhibits <br />b. Conservation Easement with Exhibits <br />c. Easement for Public Ditch System with Exhibits <br />d. Development Agreement <br />e. Final Plat <br />3.
