This agreement basically lays out what the city requires for the site and <br />76 <br />plans. <br />77 <br />78 <br />Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 13-98 as presented. Council Member <br />79 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />80 <br />81 <br />6B) Resolution No. 13-105, Approving Site Performance Agreement with Subway <br />–City <br />82 <br />Engineer Wedel reported that the site performance agreement before the council relates to the <br />83 <br />proposed Subway Restaurant development at Apollo off of Lake Drive. This restaurant would replace <br />84 <br />the two Subways that currently exist. Staff has reviewed the performance agreement and <br />85 <br />recommends council approval. <br />86 <br />87 <br />Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 13-105 as presented.
