Staff <br />94 proposes to get as much of the work done this year as possible. <br />95 Ms. Hankee indicated that the developer did submit some bid information to complete the work. After <br />96 review, staff did not find the bid informationt to be acceptable. <br />97 Council Member Rafferty asked for clarification on the Olson Sewer bid. Ms. Hankee explained that she <br />98 did work with Mr. Olson to refine the bid and that resulted in the inclusion of additional work. <br />99 Mayor Reinert noted that this action will bring the work closer to completion for the residents of that <br />100 development. <br />101 i) Consider Resolution No. 19432, Accepting Quotes, Open Space Plantings <br />102 ii) Consider Resolution No. 19-134, Accepting Quotes, Driveway Repair at 6575 Enid Trail <br />103 iii) Consider Resolution No. 19435, Accepting Quotes, Surface Water Management System Repair <br />104 and Clean Up <br />105 iv) Consider Resolution No. 19-133, Accepting Quotes, Open Space Restoration & Filtration <br />106 Basin/Island Area <br />107 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolutions No. 19-132, 19-133, 19-134 and 19435 as <br />108 presented. Council Member Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />110 6B) Direct Bore, Inc. (502 & 510 Lilac Street) -City Planner Larsen reviewed a Powerpoint <br />111 presentation including information on the following: <br />112 - Land Use Application (location, rezoning and CUP are required); <br />113 - Site Location Map (502 and 510 Lilac Street); <br />114 - History of property (home occupation originally — creates a unique land use situation); <br />115 - Site Improvements that will be required; <br />116 - Planning & Zoning — no need for curb and gutter, allow mature trees to act as landscaping <br />117 buffer, and require privacy fence; <br />118 - Findings of Fact on the rezoning are included in the proposed ordinance; <br />119 - Findings of Fact for the conditional use permit are included in the resolution; <br />120 - Conditions will be included in the resolutions; <br />121 - Requested council action. <br />122 Planner Larsen noted that the applicant has requested that they be allowed some outdoor storage prior <br />123 to paving based on the time of the year. Staff concurs with the request conditioned upon the paving <br />124 being completed by June 30, 2020 and appropriate fencing by the end of the year. Mayor Reinert <br />125 asked if the applicant has agreed that fencing will be in place prior to outdoor storage and Ms. Larsen <br />126 said that was her discussion with the applicant just previous to the meeting. <br />127 i) Consider First Reading of Ordinance No. 09-19 Rezoning Property from GB, General Business <br />128 to LI, Light Industrial <br />129 ii) Consider Resolution No. 19-129 Approving Conditional Use Permit for Open and Outdoor <br />130 Storage <br />3 <br />
