(502 & 510 Lilac Street) — City Planner <br />105 Larsen noted that the ordinance provides for rezoning for a required rezoning for the project. The <br />106 council fully reviewed the ordinance at the first reading. <br />107 Council Member Rafferty moved to waive full reading of the ordinance. Council Member Maher <br />108 seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />109 Council Member Maher moved to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 09-19 as <br />110 presented. Council Member Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried: Yeas, 4; Nays none. <br />111 Council Member Manthey was absent. <br />112 6B) Watermark 2°d Addition. <br />113 i. Consider Resolution No. 19437 Approving PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br />114 ii. Consider Resolution No. 19438 Approving Development Agreement <br />115 <br />116 City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation outlining the project and elements of the 2"d <br />117 Addition of the Watermark Development. The submitted plans are consistent with the City's <br />118 requirements. The Planning and Zoning Board has recommended approval unanimously. <br />119 <br />120 Mayor Reinert noted that the development is the largest in Lino Lakes and the master planning has <br />121 been done in a quality way. It has been several years getting the development going. He asked <br />122 about the villas included in this addition; are they single level? Ms. Larsen concurred. <br />123 <br />124 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-137 as presented. Council Member <br />125 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />129 <br />130 6C) Consider Resolution No. 19440 Accepting and Approving the Grant Agreement <br />131 between the City of Lino Lakes and the Metropolitan Council of Environmental Services for <br />132 the Improvement of Publically Owned Infrastructure and Approving Certificate of Real <br />133 Property — City Engineer Hankee explained that the council is being requested to authorize <br />134 execution of a grant agreement associated with the sanitary sewer within the Lamotte Avenue <br />135 Reconstruction Project. The amount of the funding will be determined when the grant is finalized by <br />136 the Metropolitan Council. <br />3 <br />
