She reviewed the terms of the proposed agreement. <br />53 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 19-178 as presented. Council Member <br />54 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />55 -3B)- Consider Resolution No. 19=179, Approvingthe 2020 Labor Agreement with LELS Local <br />56 No. 260— Human Resources Manager Bartholomew explained that staff is requesting approval of <br />57 the labor agreement. She reviewed the terms of the proposed agreement. <br />58 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-179 as presented. Council Member <br />59 Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />60 3C) Consider Resolution No. 19-180, Approving the 2020 Labor Agreement with I.U.O.E, <br />61 Local No. 49— Human Resources Manager Bartholomew explained that staff is requesting approval <br />62 of the labor agreement. She reviewed the terms of the proposed agreement. <br />63 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-180 as presented. Council Member <br />64 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />65 3D) Consider Resolution No. 19-177, Establishing the 2020 Compensation Plan for Non- <br />66 Union Employees —Human Resources Manager Bartholomew explained that there is a group of <br />67 City employees who are not represented by a union. The resolution proposes an updated <br />68 compensation plan for these employees based on wage increases granted by agreement to other <br />69 represented employees. <br />7o Council Member Stoesz asked if is normal to approve this compensation plan prior to having all <br />71 union settlements in place. Ms. Bartholomew explained that it's been done both ways —with all <br />72 contracts in place and prior to that. She noted that staff is comfortable that the remaining <br />73 contract(s) will not make this plan inappropriate.
